We really cannot say enough about Donna and the rest of the fabulous NC&E team. Nothing was ever a problem, and all of my questions/requests were always answered/actioned in a friendly, timely and professional manner. The Napier War Memorial Centre is a fantastic large conference venue, and I'd go as far as to say the whole package rates as one of the best in the country. We could not be happier and gladly complete this review.

It was a pleasure dealing with Donna Ransfield who was always available and would do everything she could to make things happen. Nothing was a problem. She even came in to check on us on her day off! The technician was also very good and helpful. The catering staff were the same, as too were the receptionists.

As someone who regularly visits conference venues as an MC or Presenter it is a genuine pleasure to be able to speak positively about the Napier Conference Centre. It is in my home province so I could well be accused of bias, but I have found Donna, Jacqui and the Team at Napier to be excellent to work with. There is always plenty of communication ahead of time, the AV team they work with do an excellent job, the catering is something people often comment on in glowing terms and the venue itself provides a multitude of spaces. The ability to cope with the inevitable “last minute” changes seems to be something they all take in their stride. Couple all that with the fact that there are many accommodation and restaurant options all within easy walking distance, as well as a stunning sea view! The number of events now being held at the conference centre is testament in itself to the excellent service they provide and the flexibility of the venue to accommodate groups from small to large.

The Napier Conference Centre gets a gold star! The staff was extremely helpful and made my event so polished and professional. The A/V tech did a great job working with the team all day. Shanelle was helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious and they catered beautiful for dietary restrictions. All that is great but then when you couple it with absolutely incredible views and a brand new, state of the art facility... wow. I could not have had a better conference experience for my group. We so enjoyed working with you all at the conference centre, the venue was superb and met all our requirements, every staff member we dealt with, always had a smile and nothing was a problem. The food throughout the weekend was first class, and there was always plenty.

The TR Register of NZ have had the pleasure of being the first large event to use Napier Conference Centre with 135 people attending, a meet and greet by our iconic Bertie and Lady Penelope welcomed our attendees, many who have driven here from all over New Zealand. They were wowed by the superb outlook and ambience of the conference centre.
We proceeded with an amazing dinner that was faultless, served on time with delightful and professional staff. Dish, the contract caterers here are to be congratulated on their calibre of staff and the food was outstanding and faultless.
