When the borders closed, and COVID-19 restrictions came into place there was no resting on their laurels for the Napier Conferences & Events team. It raised the importance of utilizing software and platforms that have been in the market for some time and available for their clients, however wasn’t as an essential service as it is now.
After reassessing their client's needs, they understood the need to offer more than just a Zoom login to operate in this changing climate, and the whole team attended a two day events industry workshop as part of the Level 3 Entertainment & Events Operations Certificate.
Following this and investing in new equipment such as sound, microphone and camera systems they're now able to provide interactive platforms that can be adapted to a range of client requirements. It has proven a successful option for clients to continue to operate in this changing environment, with Napier Conferences & Events able to support them by maximizing the use of these platforms.
