Blueberry Relish | Recipe by Dish Foods
If you stopped by and visited us at Meetings 2023, you would've received a jar of Dish Foods' delicious Blueberry Relish. This is the perfect seasonal relish and works well with cheese and deli meats on your festive grazing board!
3 cups frozen or fresh blueberries
1 large white onion
1 apple
2 x garlic cloves
1 cup sultanas
1/2 tsp each cinnamon, allspice, curry powder & ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp chilli powder
Salt
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white wine vinegar
Finely dice onion, apple and garlic. Add all ingredients together in a pot. Simmer gently for 1-2 hours.
Season to taste.
Allow to cool before decanting into your preferred airtight container.
Enjoy with cheeses, deli meats and crackers.
